Peace of Mind (POM) Refund & Return Policy

If you are reading the POM Refunds and Returns Policy, then you likely purchased a product from us. We would like to thank you for your trust in our products and services, and we hope to work with you to make everything right.

To qualify for a refund or return, proof of faulty product, via photo and/or video, and reason for exchange/refund are REQUIRED. Please read Section 1 below for more information.

We do not want to give you a headache about paying return shipping costs and waiting in line at the post office. That's why if you eligible for returns and/or refunds (see Section 1 below), you get to keep the product. We have 3 different solutions (see Section 2 below) to help you resolve your problems as quickly as possible without a headache.

SECTION 1 - Eligibility for returns and/or refunds

Please keep in mind that we replace items or refund the money ONLY if the following rules apply:

1-The item you received is defective*, damaged, or not in its original condition, for reasons due to our error (i.e.bad packaging).
2-Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It
must also be in the original packaging.
3-You provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
4-You contacted us for a refund or return within 14 days after you received
your product or 14 days after the guaranteed period of delivery (60 days) has expired.Read Section 3 below for more information about not receiving your order within 60 days.
5-You contacted us and we accepted to refund or replace your item after careful inspection of the situation.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In addition,if you simply did not like the product, then we can not guarantee that you are eligible for any refunds and/or replacements.It would be best if you can contact us,so we can work together on finding the best alternatives as quickly as possible.

*NOTE:Please understand that product sizes may vary a few centimetres (i.e.,2-4 cm). Also, products may appear slightly different (i.e.,brighter colors) on your screen than in real life.As a result, such minor variations in product descriptions do not categorize the items as defective and/or damaged.Thank you for your understanding.


SECTION 2 - Peace of Mind Solution

If you are eligible to receive a full-or partial-refund (see Section 1), then you can keep the product and we will either:

o A-Send any other product of your choosing (that is of equal price to the damaged/incorrect order) to you for free.
o B- Provide you with a full refund (i.e.,deposited in your paypal account).
o C- Provide you with store credit (of equal value to the damaged/incorrect order).


SECTION 3 - I did not receive my order?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked**. That means if you have purchased anything on our website, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed 60-day delivery time, you can get a full refund. Please read below.

**NOTE: Full refunds(or any returns) are NOT available under the following circumstances:
o A-Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
o B-Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
o C-Other exceptional circumstances outside our control.

You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired.


SECTION 4 - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your concern is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


SECTION 5 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 6 - Exchanges (if applicable)

SECTION 7 - Returns

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1-Book with obvious signs of use
2-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
3-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
4-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
